melted

Directions

Beat eggs and sugar until light and foamy.

Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla extract.

Sift flour and baking powder and add to egg mixture.

Add salt & beat well.

Bake in waffle iron and serve.

Make about 10 waffles.

At least you can make 8 waffles, maybe 10 or 12, depends on how much mixture you put into waffle maker.

This recipes sucks they come out chewy and spongy! I don't reccomend!!

The only thing I changed was to separate the eggs. Add yolks to milk, butter and vanilla. Beat whites until "stiff" and add last.
This lends a light, fluffy texture.
Thank you for your recipe. I'm visiting the far north without any recipes!!
